White Tiger Qigong

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of movement and breathing exercises created 5000 years ago.  In Chinese culture 'Qi' is a concept and it means vital energy or  breath of life. The second word 'gong' means cultivation or work. Qigong  therefore means cultivating the flow of energy. It helps to master physical health by reducing stress, improving flexibility and reach maximum human potential. 
 

​White Tiger Qigong is a unique holistic movement practice of Medical and Longevity Qigong.

It is a Qigong school of ancient Taoist Qigong, Baguazhang, Xin Yi Quan, and Qigong for Health and Longevity created by Master Tevia Feng. It combines Classical Chinese Medicine theory, modern sports science, western anatomy and biohacking.

The principle of White Tiger Qigong is that the Body, Breath and Spirit are intrinsically connected and trained harmoniously through movement of ancient reengineered 
Qigong forms.
