Currently I am teaching Qigong at Nuffield Health Gym in Oxford on Saturdays at 11:30 , Studio 2.
I occasionally organise group Qigong sessions in the park, see schedule below.

As soon as we started with the online classes of Qigong I signed up for them twice a week. It helped me not only in breaking the day during lockdown, but in meeting my colleagues and friends more often. Qigong is meant to strengthen and heal the body so every lesson was linked to a part of the body and connected to the possible symptoms of COVID, so it was a way to actively react to the outbreak and to feel fighting against the pandemic.

 Before the quarantine, I did not know
​anything about Qigong, a Chinese discipline which is useful for the body, posture, breath, and brain. I started to practice it in March, when lockdown began in UK. I joined Stella's classes once per week via Skype, and they were simply amazing! Stella taught us to focus on our breath and to take control of our body and posture, and more in general about ourselves. Especially during lockdown, this has been extremely useful. Needless to say, I am still following her classes even now :).

 I was first introduced to the art of qigong from my colleague and yoga teacher in ECSAT, Stella! The lessons have been a great experience for me especially during the challenging period of quarantine. Stella arranged virtual lessons during the lockdown which was so important as we could have a sense of normality in our daily work routine. 
Qigong helps me to learn how to release stress and how to improve the nervous system of my body. This way I can control the stress and manage better the stiffness and pains in the body due to long sitting periods.

During the lockdown, the Qigong lesson with Stella was a great experience for me and I really enjoyed it.
Qigong combines mostly body moves and meditation and thus it helped me to relax during this period.
