As soon as we started with the online classes of Qigong I signed up for them twice a week. It helped me not only in breaking the day during lockdown, but in meeting my colleagues and friends more often. Qigong is meant to strengthen and heal the body so every lesson was linked to a part of the body and connected to the possible symptoms of COVID, so it was a way to actively react to the outbreak and to feel fighting against the pandemic.

I was first introduced to the art of qigong from my colleague and yoga teacher in ECSAT, Stella! The lessons have been a great experience for me especially during the challenging period of quarantine.
